What we do with your details
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or callback form, we collect your name, phone number and the configuration or interest you select. That is it. We do not ask for anything we do not need to help you.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you back, share a shortlist of launches, and coordinate site visits. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and reach us by email. Your enquiry may be shared with the specific developer whose project you ask about, only so they can process your booking. Nothing beyond that.
Saved properties
If you save properties on this site, that list is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) on your device. It never leaves your browser and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. No personal profile is built about you.
Data retention & removal
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you buy, or as required for legitimate business records. To have your details removed from our records, email hello@beingrealestate.com and we will action it.
